FULL MOON MEDITATION FEBRUARY 2012
FULL MOON VISUALISATION FOR FEBRUARY 2012 by Helen Mattison.
It is preferable if you can stand or sit facing the full moon. If you are unable to do so, then imagine that you are facing the full moon.
This month, the full moon falls on the 7th day of the month. The number 7 symbolises mystical power, self acceptance, and direct connection with Source. This is also a time when we need to raise our vibrations and that of Mother Gaie, who has been waiting so patiently for eons of time to ascend.
Close your eyes and take a comfortable deep breath. Then exhale as hard as is possible. With each in breath, you breathe in love and renewal. With each out breath, you breathe out fear, frustration and doubt. Do this five times. Then take another comfortable deep breath in and comfortably exhale just letting all the stress go. Take another comfortable deep breath in and then just exhaling letting it all go with a sigh as you are breathing out all frustrations of the day.
Feel your body relaxing from the top of your head down to your toes, giving yourself permission to feel calm, serene and peaceful. Your muscles feel loose and limp. You are relaxed and serene.
Direct your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey, it is not to participate. If it helps you to visualize your ego self by identifying it as a symbol or as an object please do so.
You become aware of The Creator sending you a lit white candle to place into your Heart Chakra. This will assist to illume and release any darkness. You give intent to utilize this Creator Gift for your Highest Good and The Highest Good of All.
You call on The Creator to send you protective rays. The Creator responds by sending two iridescent white rays, one golden ray, and one pearlescent emerald green ray. The rays enter your body through the soles of your feet and move up through your physical body and exit through your crown chakra returning to The Creator and cycling back down through you again and back to The Creator in a continuous circular motion. You are now divinely protected. You are safe knowing that nothing can communicate with you, that is not for your highest good
You are breathing very slowly and evenly. You are breathing to the pulse of The Creator. You listen to The Creator’s spiritual heart beat and feel the unconditional love of The Creator that courses through your entire physical and etheric bodies.
Your Guardian Angel and a beautiful Eagle join you now. Your Guardian Angel takes your hands and guides you as you climb onto the back of The Eagle. The Eagle tells you that you will journey with him tonight in order to transmute negativity and cast light where there is darkness. The Eagle asks you, where in particular, in the world you wish to transmute negativity and cast out darkness. The Eagle tells you to make a wise and careful decision.
Once you have decided where in the world you wish to travel, you inform The Eagle and together with your Guardian Angel you take off into the night sky. You then notice that you have been joined by Archangels Michael and Raphael.
You fly up to the moon and gather up moon rays in your arms and you then proceed to the place that you have chosen. On arrival, The Eagle instructs you to spread your arms so that you can drag the moon rays over the area. Archangel Michael is on your right and side and Archangel Raphael is on your left hand side. Your Guardian Angel is leading the way and together your team glides down releasing moon rays which gently fall to Mother Earth like soft snow transmuting all negativity. The negativity is absorbed by Mother Earth where it is transformed into beautiful crystals which emit beams of unconditional light and healing. Archangel Michael also uses his sword to cut all negativity in the area and dissolve the bonds of negativity that tie any of the inhabitants to one another or negative situations. Archangel Raphael sprinkles green stars that shine like glitter all over the area which heals the area and all the inhabitants. You then take the lit candle from your heart chakra and place it in the centre of the area. You notice that this little white candle becomes a bright iridescent light which dispels all darkness and negativity.
Your Guardian Angel, Archangels Michael and Raphael and The Eagle thank you for assisting them transmuting negativity, bringing light and healing to the area and you head back to where you started from.
The Eagle gentle lands and your Guardian Angel assist you to climb off his back.
You feel exhilarated and filled with joy that you could be of assistance to Mother Earth and an area which needed upliftment.
You thank The Eagle, your Guardian Angel and Archangels Michael and Raphael.
You sit quietly for so long as is necessary soaking in the feelings of joy and love. You thank The Creator for the opportunities given to you. You then take your awareness to the soles of your feet, and feel tiny golden roots growing out of your soles grounding you to Mother Earth.
You can slowly open your eyes.
